Zesty Lime-Cilantro Beef Tacos with Avocado

Ingredients
- 10 oz ground beef
- 1 large avocado
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add 10 oz ground beef, breaking it into small pieces with a spoon, and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and crumbly.
- Step 2: Stir in 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp chili powder, and 1/4 tsp sea salt, cooking for 1 minute to toast the spices. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Step 3: Finely chop 1/4 cup fresh cilantro and dice 1/4 cup red onion. Squeeze juice from 1 lime over the beef mixture, then fold in the cilantro and red onion.
- Step 4: Slice 1 large avocado into thin half-moons. Serve the beef mixture in warm corn tortillas topped with avocado slices and extra cilantro.
