- 4 cups Arugula
- 3 oz Goat cheese
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper until emulsified.
