- 4, boneless skinless (6 oz each) chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup, fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 bunch, trimmed (12 oz) asparagus
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place 4 chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp dried dill, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
- Step 3: Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the dish.
- Step 4: Arrange 1 bunch trimmed asparagus around the chicken.
