Instructions
- Step 1: Thread 1 cup hulled strawberries and 1 cup banana slices (1/2-inch thick) onto skewers, alternating pieces.
- Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. If not fully melted, microwave in 15-second intervals until smooth.
- Step 3: Dip each fruit skewer into the melted chocolate, coating completely, then immediately sprinkle with 1/4 cup cocoa nibs.
