Crisp-Cooked Lemon-Dill Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients
- 6 oz Salmon fillets
- 8 oz Asparagus
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp finely chopped Fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- pinch Salt
- pinch Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place 8 oz trimmed asparagus on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Step 2: Place 6 oz salmon fillets on the asparagus, skin-side down. Drizzle with 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped dill, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Step 3: Roast in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and asparagus is tender-crisp. Serve immediately with pan juices.
