Deisceart Roasted Potatoes
Crisp-topped potatoes roasted with garlic and rosemary for a simple, flavorful side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs russet potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss 2 lbs peeled and cubed russet potatoes with 3 tbsp olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp chopped rosemary, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Step 2: Spread potato mixture in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
- Step 3: Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
