- 8, skin-on, 4 oz each Chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cloves, minced Garlic
- 3 tbsp, chopped Fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 3 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Pat 8 chicken thighs (4 oz each) dry with paper towels, then toss them in the marinade until evenly coated.
- Step 3: Place chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until the skin is golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
