Ginger-Citrus Cooler

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 cups club soda
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 4 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Step 1: In a glass jar, combine 1/4 cup fresh ginger juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup lime juice, and 3 tbsp honey. Seal tightly and shake vigorously for 45 seconds until the honey is fully emulsified into the citrus mixture.
- Step 2: Add 3 cups club soda and 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, then stir gently with a spoon for 20 seconds to release the cilantro's oils without muddling.
- Step 3: Pour over 4 cups ice cubes in serving glasses, then let sit for 5 minutes to allow the ginger and citrus to meld before serving.
