  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs.
