- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 cups, florets broccoli
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon, grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup, low-sodium fish sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 3 cups broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3 minutes until crisp-tender with slight char on edges.
- Step 2: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon grated ginger to the skillet, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant and aromatic.
- Step 3: Add 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet, stirring to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Stir in 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1/4 cup low-sodium fish sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 more minute until sauce thickens slightly and coats shrimp. Serve hot.
