Mushroom Manti with Tahini Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 15 oz mushrooms
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp dill
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 sheet phyllo dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Finely chop 15 oz mushrooms and sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat for 8 minutes until golden and moisture evaporated. Stir in 1 tsp dried oregano and cook for 1 more minute.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk 3 tbsp tahini with 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp salt until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup plain yogurt and 1 tbsp dill.
- Step 3: Cut phyllo sheet into 6 equal rectangles. Place 1 tbsp mushroom mixture on each rectangle, fold into triangles, and seal edges with water.
- Step 4: Arrange dumplings on a steamer basket lined with parchment. Steam for 12 minutes until dough is translucent. Serve with tahini yogurt sauce drizzled over top.
