One-Pan Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 12 oz, thinly sliced flank steak
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2, sliced red bell pepper
- 1/2, sliced onion
- 2, minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp, minced ginger
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, combine 12 oz thinly sliced flank steak, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 3 cups broccoli florets, 1/2 sliced red bell pepper, and 1/2 sliced onion. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Step 3: Add marinated steak (with marinade) and 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp minced ginger. Cook for 3-4 minutes until beef is no longer pink and sauce thickens.
- Step 4: Stir in 1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp sugar, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook for 1 more minute until sauce coats ingredients evenly.
