One-Pan Chicken Thighs with Broccoli and Garlic

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 4 chicken thighs dry, then season with 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Add 4 chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 7-8 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Step 3: Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 2 cups broccoli florets to the skillet, stirring to coat in oil. Cook for 6-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
