One-Pan Sausage and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Garlic and Ginger

Ingredients
- 12 oz, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds Sausage (compliant)
- 1 cup, chopped Broccoli
- 1 medium, sliced Bell peppers
- 1 cup, sliced Carrots
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tsp, minced Ginger
- 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- Step 2: Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to skillet; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Step 3: Stir in minced garlic, minced ginger, 2 tbsp coconut aminos, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp pepper; cook 1 minute until fragrant and sauce thickens slightly.
