- 4 (6 oz each) chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves, minced garlic

Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 4 chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Step 3: Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add 2 minced garlic cloves to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 4: Stir in 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill. Cook for 1 minute until sauce bubbles gently.
- Step 5: Return chicken to the skillet, coating each piece with the sauce. Cook for 2 minutes to heat through and absorb flavors.
