Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 14 oz cubed extra-firm tofu and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden and slightly crispy. Remove tofu and set aside.
- Step 2: In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Add 3 cups broccoli florets and sauté for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Step 3: Stir in 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger and 3 minced garlic cloves, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add back the tofu along with 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for 2 more minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu and broccoli.
- Step 5: Remove from heat and sprinkle with 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds and 2 thinly sliced green onions before serving over steamed rice or noodles.
