- 1.5 lbs Chicken thighs
- 2 tsp Rosemary
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 1.5 lbs chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Step 3: Add 4 minced garlic cloves and 2 tsp chopped rosemary, cooking for 1 minute until aromatic.
- Step 4: Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 6 minutes without moving until golden brown.
- Step 5: Flip chicken, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F, basting occasionally with garlic-rosemary oil.
- Step 6: Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
