- 2 cloves, minced garlic

- 12 ounces, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces asparagus
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each) in a baking dish.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
- Step 3: Rub the olive oil mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Step 4: Arrange 12 ounces trimmed and cut asparagus pieces around the chicken in the baking dish.
