Rosemary-Glazed Chicken Breast with Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) chicken breast
- 1 lb asparagus
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim woody ends from asparagus and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp sea salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper on a baking sheet.
- Step 2: Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp sea salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 3: Place asparagus on one side of the baking sheet and chicken breasts on the other. Drizzle chicken with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Step 4: Scatter 2 tbsp fresh rosemary over chicken breasts and place additional rosemary sprigs on asparagus.
- Step 5: Roast for 22-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and asparagus is tender with slight char on edges.
