Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup, fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup granola
- 5-6 small, for garnish edible flowers
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, mix yogurt with honey until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute with a spoon.
- Step 2: In a glass, layer 1/4 cup yogurt mixture, 1/4 cup berries, and 2 tbsp granola to create the first layer.
- Step 3: Repeat the layering sequence once more, ending with a final 2 tbsp granola layer.
- Step 4: Melt 1 tbsp chocolate chips in the microwave for 20 seconds, then drop 1-2 small chocolate beads onto the top layer to mimic 'dino eggs'—they'll harden as they cool.
- Step 5: Gently press 1-2 berries into the chocolate beads for texture, then garnish with edible flowers before serving immediately.
