Savory Ginger-Soy Glazed Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 12 oz ground beef
- 3 cups cauliflower rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 12 oz ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles with a wooden spoon, and cook for 6-7 minutes until no longer pink and edges are browned.
- Step 2: Stir in 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant. Add 2 tbsp tamari and 1 tbsp lime juice, stirring to coat the beef evenly.
- Step 3: Add 2 cups broccoli florets to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook for 4-5 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp and the sauce has reduced slightly.
- Step 4: Serve immediately over 3 cups cauliflower rice.
