Sesame-Ginger Bok Choy Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 heads, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces Bok choy
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp, grated Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp, for garnish Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 2 heads trimmed and cut bok choy pieces, stirring for 3-4 minutes until the leaves wilt and stems are tender-crisp.
- Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup water.
- Step 5: Pour the sauce over the bok choy and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the vegetables.
- Step 6: Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds.
