Sesame-Glazed Beef and Cabbage Stir-Fry

- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 8 ounces flank steak, thinly sliced, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned but not fully cooked; remove and set aside.
- Step 2: Add remaining 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil to skillet, then add 2 cloves garlic, minced, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 2 cups shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until edges begin to golden and cabbage softens.
- Step 4: Return 8 ounces beef to skillet, add 1 tablespoon tamari, 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the beef.
