  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel and dice 2 medium sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper on a sheet pan.
  2. Step 2: Pat 4 salmon fillets dry, then rub with 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  3. Step 3: Arrange salmon on top of sweet potatoes on the sheet pan. Roast for 18-22 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and sweet potatoes are tender and golden at the edges.
