Made with cast iron, the skillet retains heat well and distributes it evenly. Double drip-spouts design makes it easy to drip excess oil and water. The integrated handle provides a sturdy, secure hold for comfortable lifting and transporting. Each handle has a hole at the end for convenient hanging or storage when not in use. It is suitable for gas, electric, induction, oven, camping, grill etc. To clean, hand wash then dry immediately and rub with light coat of oil to prevent rusting.
