  2. Step 2: Whisk together 6 large eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp chopped chives, and 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes until evenly distributed.
  4. Step 4: Divide the egg mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
