Cinnamon Spiced Rum Highball

Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1/4 tsp honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 oz ginger beer
- fill to 3/4 capacity ice cubes
Instructions
- Step 1: Place 1 cinnamon stick and 1/4 tsp honey into a highball glass and muddle gently for 10 seconds until honey dissolves and cinnamon releases flavor.
- Step 2: Fill the glass with ice cubes until the glass is approximately 3/4 full.
- Step 3: Add 2 oz dark rum and 4 oz ginger beer, then stir gently with a bar spoon for 15 seconds to combine without over-foaming.
