Geometric Veggie Pizza with Herb Aioli

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made 12-inch pizza dough
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (sliced in strips) bell peppers
- 1/4 cup (sliced in thin rounds) zucchini
- 1/4 cup (sliced) mushrooms
- 1/4 cup (sliced) red onion
- 1/4 cup (halved) cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp (chopped) fresh basil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (chopped) fresh dill
- 1 tbsp (chopped) fresh parsley
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
- Step 2: Spread 1/4 cup tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Step 3: Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Step 4: Arrange vegetables in geometric patterns: place bell pepper strips in a circle, zucchini rounds in a square, mushrooms in triangles, red onion in a line, and cherry tomatoes in the center.
- Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Step 6: While pizza bakes, mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chopped dill, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a small bowl to make herb aioli.
- Step 7: Once pizza is done, sprinkle with 2 tbsp fresh basil and serve with herb aioli for dipping.
