Geometric Veggie Pizza with Herb Aioli

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
  2. Step 2: Spread 1/4 cup tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Step 4: Arrange vegetables in geometric patterns: place bell pepper strips in a circle, zucchini rounds in a square, mushrooms in triangles, red onion in a line, and cherry tomatoes in the center.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Step 6: While pizza bakes, mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chopped dill, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a small bowl to make herb aioli.
