  2. Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add bok choy and 2 tbsp water, cover, and steam for 4 minutes until tender.
  4. Step 4: Return shrimp to the skillet, add miso glaze, and toss to coat evenly. Cook for 1 minute until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
