  1. Step 1: In a small bowl, combine crème fraîche, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped dill, pinch of salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  2. Step 2: Arrange cucumber ribbons on a plate in a circular pattern. Place smoked salmon slices on top, overlapping slightly.
  3. Step 3: Dollop 1 tbsp of the lemon-dill crème fraîche over each salmon slice, then sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp dill.
