Savory Lemon-Dill Smoked Salmon with Cucumber Slices

Ingredients
- 4 oz (sliced) smoked salmon
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1/2 (zested and juiced) lemon
- 1 tsp (chopped) fresh dill
- 1/2 (julienned) cucumber
- 1 tsp olive oil
- pinch salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, combine crème fraîche, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped dill, pinch of salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
- Step 2: Arrange cucumber ribbons on a plate in a circular pattern. Place smoked salmon slices on top, overlapping slightly.
- Step 3: Dollop 1 tbsp of the lemon-dill crème fraîche over each salmon slice, then sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp dill.
- Step 4: Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and serve immediately to prevent the salmon from drying out.
