Soy-Glazed Baked Chicken Thighs with Honey and Ginger

- 2 lbs, bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp, grated ginger
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup, sliced green onions
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place 2 lbs chicken thighs in a baking dish and set aside.
- Step 2: Whisk together 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tsp sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Step 3: Pour sauce evenly over chicken thighs, ensuring each piece is coated. Bake for 35-40 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is golden and crispy.
- Step 4: Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then garnish with 1/4 cup sliced green onions. Serve with 2 cups cooked rice.
