Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Add 12 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs and toss to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Step 3: Stir in 1 tsp sesame seeds and 3 tbsp sliced scallions, then cook for 1 minute until scallions wilt and sauce becomes glossy.
