  1. Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add cubed tofu and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides, then transfer to a plate.
  2. Step 2: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets, stir-frying for 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Step 3: Return tofu to the skillet. Add soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, pineapple chunks, and water. Stir to combine, cooking for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats vegetables.
