- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups, chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter an 8x8-inch baking dish with 2 tbsp butter.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk 6 large eggs, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper until smooth.
- Step 3: Add 2 cups chopped fresh spinach and 1/4 cup diced onion to the bowl, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
